 Calvary is dedicated to fighting hunger in the Salem area and our surrounding communities. Grocery items are available to provide immediate relief to anyone in our area needing food for any reason.

Monetary Donations can be made to the food bank by simply mailing your contribution to:

 Please make checks payable to Calvary Baptist Church and designate them for
the Food Bank.

 Calvary Wish List

 Fats, Oils, and Sweets:  Syrup, Jelly, Honey, Sugar, Mayonnaise, Vegetable Oil, Salad Dressing

 Milk, Yogurt, and Cheese:  Infant formula, Powdered Milk, Evaporated Milk, Instant Breakfast Drinks, Small boxes of sterile milk, Canned and boxed pudding

 Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Eggs, and Nuts: Canned tuna, Canned chicken, Canned beef stews, Canned ham, Canned salmon, Bean soups, Canned or dried beans, Baked beans, Canned chili, Peanut Butter

 Vegetables:   Canned vegetables, Vegetable soup, Canned tomato products, Spaghetti sauce, Baby food vegetables, V-8 juice, Instant Potatoes (mashed, etc.),

 Fruits: Canned fruit, Raisins, Applesauce, Dried fruits, Baby food fruit, Canned and boxed 100% fruit juices

 Bread, Cereal, Rice and Pasta: Rice and rice mixes, Canned  pastas, Noodle mixes, Dry noodles and pastas, Macaroni and cheese mix, Cold cereals, Bran cereal, Shredded wheat, Infant cereal, Hot cereal mixes, Grits, Oatmeal, Bread and muffin mixes, Pancake mix, Whole-grain crackers, Granola bars, Graham crackers, Saltines, Flour, Cornmeal

 Extra Items: Tea, Coffee, Non-dairy creamers, Artificial sweeteners, Ketchup, Mustard, Spices, Cookies

 Non-food items are also welcome, such as:  Toilet paper, Paper towels, Napkins, Tissues (no lotion), Hand soap, Laundry Detergent, Dish Detergent, Cleaning products, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Shaving cream, Disposable razors, Deodorant, Baby Diapers (larger sizes)
